Effective date: October 5, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Egor Lariushkin, doing business as RITULAR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit ritular.com, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our online store and related services (the “Services”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify. We may also use payment, analytics, advertising, communications, fraud-prevention, fulfillment, and customer-support providers as described below.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, order value, discounts, shipping details, returns, refunds, and customer-service history.
- Payment-related information. Payment card details are generally processed by our payment providers and payment networks; we may receive transaction status, limited payment metadata, and fraud/risk signals rather than full card numbers.
- Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP or similar signals.
- Usage and interaction information, such as pages viewed, products viewed, searches, clicks, cart activity, checkout activity, purchases, and interaction with advertisements.
- Communications you send to us, including support requests, reviews, claims, photographs, videos, and other evidence submitted for returns, defects, delivery issues, or fraud review.
- Information from cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, local storage, server-side APIs, and similar technologies used for essential store functions, analytics, security, attribution, and advertising.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may obtain personal information:
- Directly from you, including when you place an order, contact support, or submit a return or delivery claim.
- Automatically from your browser or device when you use the Services.
- From Shopify and applications or integrations connected to our store.
- From payment providers, card networks, banks, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, and logistics providers.
- From advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, where those tools are enabled.
- From other lawful sources, such as public or commercial fraud-prevention data, where permitted by law.
4. How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- Process, confirm, fulfill, ship, track, return, refund, and support orders.
- Authenticate transactions, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, and protect customers, our business, and third parties.
- Communicate transactional and service messages about orders, shipping, returns, support requests, policy changes, and security.
- Measure store performance, understand customer behavior, troubleshoot problems, and improve products and user experience.
- Measure advertising performance, perform attribution, create or refine advertising audiences, and deliver or support targeted advertising where permitted.
- Comply with legal obligations, tax and accounting requirements, lawful requests, disputes, investigations, and enforcement of our agreements.
- Send marketing communications only where we have an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
5. Shopify
Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the commerce platform, checkout, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and related services. Depending on the features enabled on our store, Shopify may also process information through customer-privacy and network-intelligence features. Shopify's own privacy documentation describes its processing practices.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including UniPAY or another provider enabled at checkout, together with card networks, acquiring banks, issuing banks, and fraud-prevention services. These parties may independently process personal information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on our own systems.
7. Analytics, Advertising, and Similar Technologies
We may use Shopify analytics and, where enabled, services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and comparable analytics or advertising technologies. These tools may collect or receive information about your device, browsing activity, cart activity, checkout events, purchases, and, depending on the integration and privacy settings, hashed or otherwise processed identifiers such as email address, phone number, name, or location data for measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, audience matching, and advertising.
Certain disclosures to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws even when we do not sell personal information for money.
8. Cookies and Customer Privacy Controls
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential store operation, preferences, analytics, security, fraud prevention, measurement, and advertising.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate consent or opt-out mechanisms. We may use Shopify's Customer Privacy features, cookie banner, and data-sharing opt-out page to provide these controls.
Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
9. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Shopify and store applications necessary to operate the Services.
- Payment processors, banks, card networks, and fraud-prevention providers.
